FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I plant my first seed?
Open the Farm tab, choose Plant seeds, pick a tent with an empty slot, and choose a seed from your inventory. Your plant starts growing right away.

Why did my plant wither?
Plants need to be fed on time. If a plant is not fed within its feed window, it withers and is removed. Hire supply workers or buy feed upgrades to keep up.

Can I play on more than one device?
Yes, but only one device can be signed in at a time. Signing in on a new device signs out the other one to keep your progress safe.

How do daily rewards work?
You can claim one daily login bonus and one daily seed reward every 24 hours. Claiming on one device counts for all of your devices.

What are Green Credits?
Green Credits are earned by harvesting plants and opening seed packs. Spend them in the Hybrid Lab on permanent upgrades, or on the Spin Wheel.

What are Contracts?
Open the More tab, then Contracts. Buyers post 3 orders for harvested flowers every 4 hours and pay 2 to 4 times the normal price. Hard contracts also give a premium seed.

Does Bud Tycoon work with VoiceOver?
Yes. The whole game is built to be played with VoiceOver, including custom actions in chat. If anything is hard to use, please let us know.

How do I restore a purchase or manage my VIP subscription?
Tap the Store button at the top of the screen, next to your coins, and choose Restore Purchases. To cancel or change your VIP subscription, open your iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.

How do I delete my account?
Open the More tab, then Settings, then Delete Account. This permanently deletes your farm and account. You can also email us to ask for deletion.
